Previously accredited facilities and services must participate continuously in assessment activities throughout the Three (3) Year Accreditation Cycle to maintain continuing accreditation. 

During 2007, all previously accredited facilities and services will be receiving notification from the DAP of the assessment activities they are scheduled to complete during each year of 2007 – 2010.
