The Diagnostic Accreditation Program publishes the names of facilities and services that have received an accreditation award. Any facility or service that has received one of the following  accreditation standings is permitted to provide services to patients.

Provisional Accreditation – an accreditation award that is conferred to a new facility/service for a specified period of time, typically six to twelve (6-12) months and subject to completion of a Self Assessment and On-site Survey. 

Accreditation with Report – an accreditation award that is conferred to a facility/service that has requirements to fulfill before it can be granted full accreditation status.

Full Accreditation – an accreditation award that is conferred to a period of three (3) years.
