During the on-site survey, a team of peers conducts an on-site assessment of the facility/service to evaluate the diagnostic service’s level of actual performance to achieving the accreditation standards. The surveyors play a consultative role and provide education for the organization to understand how to progress on their quality journey while ensuring they achieve the standards to the required level.
